Our local teams are experts in all Tunisian customs offices, guaranteeing clear and relevant customs information at every stage of your shipments. We ensure compliance and adherence to processes when making customs declarations on your behalf. Additionally, we offer transparent and efficient customs clearance services, including simplified customs clearance procedures to expedite the import of goods when the cargo value permits.

• Customs Declaration Preparation: We prepare customs declarations in compliance with the latest customs legislation.

Royal Fret has well-trained and experienced customs agents capable of handling large-scale customs clearances on time. We maintain constant communication with customs authorities to reduce the risk of delays at the border, ensuring rapid and compliant customs clearance for smooth export trade.

• Reduced Lead Times and Transit Procedures: We help you reduce lead times and facilitate the movement of your cross-border goods by using efficient transit procedures.

• Regulated Goods: For regulated goods subject to specific customs clearance processes, we provide the required documentation to submit necessary information to relevant government agencies. We advance payment of fees to external government agencies on your behalf, later billing agency fees and handling charges.

• Temporary Import: For temporary imports, Royal Fret coordinates the process by offering guidance, preparing, and filing the necessary documents as per customs requirements.

• Cargo Return: We can arrange the return of goods that have been temporarily exported abroad to Tunisia, whether for repairs, processing, testing, evaluations, professional trade shows, or tours such as concerts, theater productions, and more.

• ATA Carnet Clearance: We can import and export goods under ATA Carnet. ATA Carnets are primarily issued to cover goods intended for use at trade fairs, exhibitions, or for the import/export of professional equipment, commercial samples, or personal effects and sports equipment.

• Import Authorization: For certain products, importers are required to obtain an import authorization or license before shipping. Royal Fret ensures that the necessary documents are filed with the relevant authorities before declaration and/or presentation to customs.

• Advanced Disbursements: Duties, taxes, and other fees may be due upon importing a shipment. Royal Fret can advance these fees as required by customs (based on the product's tariff classification) on behalf of the payer, with a maximum agreed amount with the importer.
